Why choose us?

Middleton Grange Public School, its students and staff are proud advocates for public education. We are committed to providing a safe and happy learning environment that fosters interdependence and a sense of hope.

Middleton Grange Public School has been founded on proud Aboriginal and Australian history and achievement, particularly in the area of aviation. The school currently has 17 mainstream classes and seven special education support classes, and has been designed with best environmental practice in mind.

Our community is active and inclusive. We recognise the vital partnership between home and school in achieving growth and development for all individuals.

At Middleton Grange Public School, we regularly acknowledge and celebrate the achievement and effort of all students. The school's wellbeing and discipline policy engenders pride, is based on the core values of NSW Public Schools (integrity, respect, responsibility, cooperation, excellence, fairness, participation, democracy and care), and encourages students to be safe and respectful learners and citizens.

Comprehensive programs in literacy, numeracy, technology, the arts and the environment form an integral part of the teaching and learning cycle. Varied cultural and sporting endeavours are also a feature of the school.

Diversity of cultural heritage is acknowledged and respected and approximately 50% of students enrolled come from a language background other than English. In addition, approximately 7% of our students are from Australian Defence Force families.

Together, our students, staff and families are building and creating the foundations of culture, learning, behaviour, leadership and community for Middleton Grange Public School.
